Pre-launch validation

How incidents will be communicated

Once the service launches, this page will show customer-impacting availability, dashboard, billing, email, and domain incidents. During an incident we will state the observed impact, affected region or function, mitigation status, and the time of the next update. We will not speculate about a cause before it is established.

Site-specific issues and account recovery should be reported to support@litewp.com. Suspected security issues should be reported privately to security@litewp.com, without accessing another customer’s data.

Service objectives

Production availability and recovery objectives will be published here only after the final canary, long soak, randomized failure, and restore campaigns establish defensible numbers.
