How incidents will be communicated

Customer-impacting incidents are reported here with the observed impact, affected region or function, mitigation status, and the time of the next update. We will not speculate about a cause before it is established.

Site-specific issues and account recovery should be reported to support@litewp.com. Suspected security issues should be reported privately to security@litewp.com, without accessing another customer’s data.

Service objectives

We do not publish an uptime or recovery-time guarantee here. Further availability and recovery qualification is planned; completed checks do not establish guarantees for every failure or restoration path.
